Troop 772 at Ft Benning

5/9/14 -5/11/14
Troop 772 went to Fort Benning May 9-11 and visited Uchi creek camp & the infantry museum. The troop played activities that Andrei Edwards and Aidan Dinehart planned. The scouts played games with a purpose such as first aid carries; “why knot”; "capture the flag”; and last but not least football.  The Scouts used Andrei’s knot kit for “why knot”.  We also visited the museum that had cool and exciting stuff.  We took pictures, but sadly the camera died. They had a row of soldiers that earned the Medal of Honor, and there were interesting stories to read. This was the best campout because of the planned activities, hands-on learning of knots, and many advancement activities. Happy Mother’s day to all the mothers in troop 772.
